Relationship Education

I am sure you do not dream to be with a person who constantly feels broken, unworthy or has no purpose in life. Do you want to spend your life glueing their broken pieces together? Don’t you deserve to receive the same that you give?
Are you convinced you deserve happiness? You will work to get it in all possible ways.

If you have a lot of unhappy and dysfunctional relationships, where your emotional needs are not met, it is due to these rooted beliefs that have created your VISION OF THE WORLD. Repeating this CONSTRUCT or pattern allows you a certain level of emotional detachment and consequently the possibility TO CONTROL WHAT YOU DON’T LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF or you are not ready to face!

Two big questions arise:

1. Are you willing to accept good in your life? Do you believe you are worthy of having fulfilling and happy relationships? The thought you are most convinced of will grow until it becomes the driving force of your life.
2. Do you want to keep looking for things where it is easier to look or rather where there is hope to find them?

When we are ready to release ourselves from these old mental and emotional patterns, we can create a different story for ourselves. There we cannot be victims anymore, and we cannot blame everything on others anymore. In this new space, there is awareness and accountability. There is trust and willingness to connect with people. There are high thoughts about yourself. There is a bit of fear, like in all new things, but this can be transformed into an adventure; it is not a paralysing fear. In that space you cannot allow people to use you as a life raft. You are not willing to sell yourself at a discounted price when you realize your value. When we connect with who we really are, from this place of alignment we have the capacity to attract desires and experience relationships that are fulfilling, happy, loving and inspiring.

Our experiences are not written in stone; we are not condemned to relive them in a loop. They can be changed if we change our view of the world. We can learn what a healthy relationship looks like, if we never had one before.

My sessions are available in packages of 5 and 10. The first session lasts 90 minutes, and all the others 60 minutes. With a package of 10 sessions you receive one for free, approximately one month after to check on your progress .

The results you can achieve are directly proportional to your level of self commitment, capacity for introspection and desire to change.
